Flow Metering

Carthy Mega provides primary and secondary calibration services for pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic instruments.

Carthy Mega Transaction Limited offers on-site and in-house flow meter calibration for a wide range of petroleum-based products, up to 5000 liters per minute. Our truck-mounted volumetric proving vessels are available for on-site flow meter calibration of light petroleum products and some chemicals.

Tank Guaging & Depot Automation System

As part of our core services, Carthy Mega offers turnkey tank gauging and depot Automation system. We offer turnkey stock management system for tank farms and depots.

Instrument Audit & Retrofit Support

Carthy Mega helps plant managers and maintenance departments identify the entire process instrument and analyze measurement devices in the plant, determine maintenance and calibration procedures for each device, keep the devices and processes running at peak efficiency, and reduce Total Cost of Ownership.

This service usually begins with a plant audit to locates and identifies every measurement device and gathers relevant data such as serial number, tag, manufacturer, location, age, process conditions, and what each instrument is measuring (pressure, temperature, flow, pH, etc) and recommends lifecycle support strategy. Based on the install base audit, we present an overview of the installed base and make overall recommendations for improving maintenance activities, such as preventive and corrective maintenance, standardization of measurement device, and migration of the installed base to newer and improved devices.
